The Pecan Hill Kennel Team
Pecan Hill is a large, family-owned kennel set in gorgeous Texas countryside. Pete Thuman and his wife, Leslie, began Pecan Hill Kennel in pursuit of their passions and dedication to making each and every dog live up to its fullest potential. Pete quickly became a renowned hunting, obedience and field trial champion trainer: training thousands of dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and specialties over his distinguished career. Leslie, her daughter and son-in-law, Meghan and Jose, and the Pecan Hill Kennel Team, continue that legacy by providing stellar services while maintaining the warm family environment that has always existed at Pecan Hill Kennel.

With a combined experience of over 130 years, Pecan Hill brings together a team of dedicated caretakers, trainers and animal enthusiasts with a knack for helping clients reach their goals.
